Nowadays everyone is  busy with their lives that we don't give much attention to our diet , we munch over a lot junk food as it is cheaper and fast but that's not only thing there are various factors making us fat and chubby .......


1.REDUCE SUGAR

Are you the sugar lover whose 50%diet is sugary sweet but be aware !! Sugar contributes calories for the mission fat brat , instead prefer to eat the less sugary food .. they exist. For example a chocolate lover can simply change it to dark chocolate, a pastry or cake lover can stop eating it .

3.Move your body

If you have problem in those complex postures of exercise then go for 30-60 min walk daily it will also help you and if you don't have time for any of these , no worries just go up and down of stairs for at least 15 min twice a day it helps you to remain in good shape even after hours sitting

4.EATING SCHEDULE

Yes, even untimely eating can increase your WEIGHT so always take your meals at some particular timings .  After eating walk few steps so that the food digest properly.

5.HOW LONG AND HOW MUCH?

Many people have a large appetite but this is not good. It only happens if you eat unhealthy food which do not meet your body's nutrition requirement . Always eat healthy carbs which makes your tummy full and you feel no need to grab more food 
 Eat your food fast and chew it properly these two may seem very small steps but they work , it helps you to stop gaining weight and your other steps to reduce it
